If you can access your property (including vacant land) via Santa Margarita Drive north of 1355 Santa Margarita Drive, you are legally responsible for contributing to the maintenance of Santa Margarita Drive. This includes Santa Margarita Drive, Quail Creek Road, River Oaks Lane, Hilbert Drive, Moon Rock Road, and Baja Margarita Lane. The addresses and Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APN) for the properties are included on this website. The letter mailed to owners explaining the issues is posted on this web site. If you own property, developed or undeveloped, north of this sign, ALL road maintenance is OUR financial responsibility. The County will NOT maintain the road!

We had to fix this pothole — the County would NOT do it for us! Owners will receive a letter detailing their share of the amount due. The rest of the road is deteriorating, and we must deal with it. Explanation will be in the letter, which is also posted on this web site.
